Relationships of All Kinds

I support people in queer, nontraditional, or long-term relationships when anxiety, overthinking, or past experiences start to interfere with connection. We explore patterns like self-doubt, people-pleasing, or emotional withdrawal and work toward relationships that feel more secure, mutual, and grounded.

Support for LGBTQIA+ People

I work with LGBTQIA+ folks who are thoughtful, self-aware, and often tired of figuring everything out on their own. Many are unlearning survival patterns, questioning old roles, or trying to trust themselves after years of second-guessing. Therapy with me is a place to slow down, make meaning of what you’ve lived through, and feel more at home in yourself, without having to explain who you are.

Humans Growing into Their Fullness

Many of the people I work with aren’t lost; they’re overwhelmed by how much they think and feel. They care deeply, want to make good decisions, and are tired of carrying it all alone. My work helps you build trust with yourself, feel more present, and move through life with steadiness instead of constant self-questioning.
